• Contacts Read-Only Access: To provide autocomplete suggestions in the search bar, making it easier to find emails from specific people.

2. How We Use Data

Data accessed through Google APIs is used exclusively to:

• Display a list of available attachments for you to review.
• Enable the secure download of selected files directly to your device.
• Improve your search experience with contact name suggestions.

3. Data Security & Storage

The Extension follows a "Privacy by Design" approach:

• No Tracking: We do not use analytics or tracking cookies.
• Local Execution: All API calls are made directly from your browser to Google. No intermediate servers are used.
• No Permanent Storage: No data from your Gmail or Contacts is saved permanently by the extension.

4. Third-Party Sharing

We never share, sell, or disclose your information to third parties. We do not have access to your data, as it stays within the secure environment of your browser and Google account. We do not transfer information received from Google APIs to any other app.

5. Google API Compliance

Attachment Downloader's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
